The New International Version (NIV) serves as a contemporary English translation of the Bible. Biblica published the complete version in 1978, with minor revisions in 1984 and a significant overhaul in 2011. The translation draws from recently-published critical editions of original Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek texts, ensuring scholarly accuracy and modern accessibility for readers seeking to engage with biblical content in familiar language.
