This scholarly work addresses the claim that Paul invented Christianity by demonstrating how his theological contributions drew from existing church traditions. The author examines where early Christian beliefs about Christ’s divinity, salvation, and eschatology originated, identifying shared doctrines across various church branches, comparing Paul’s theology with broader early church thought while engaging directly with arguments supporting the “Paul as inventor” thesis.
